Returns & Exchanges


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience. We gladly accept returns and exchanges, because of quality problems,within 7 days from the date customers receiving their parcels. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note that merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error like quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.


If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, please contact our cunstomer service representatives to return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us. 

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.
